Yes it is easy-to-use just like any other cloud accounting software. In addition, KS Cloud Solutions is customized according to your business type (Non-VAT or VAT). 

 KS Cloud Solution was not only customized for financial reports but also in compliance with the Bookkeeping requirements for businesses to easily update their books of accounts either by Loose Leaf or Manual Books of Account, all reports can be copied to Excel Formats.

Cloud-based accounting is really similar to desktop accounting. The only difference is, for cloud-based accounting, you can remotely access and manage your financial data without installing the actual software. You also are not restricted to any device when accessing your online books of accounts. Yes it is. The cloud edition of Manager, which is our accounting software partner, is hosted through Amazon Web Server (AWS). AWS do have world-class security experts who monitor their infrastructure and also build and maintain their broad selection of innovative security services. Also, our partner do automatic backups and updates to ensure no loss of data during usage. 

Account and Subscription

KSCloud Solutions is accessible using any browser you use. No downloads, nothing install, no conflicting versions or files. All you need to do is to browse the weblink and login. 

No. You need an internet access for you to login and manage your financial data. 

You will save more when subscribing to our annual plan. Our annual price x10 of the monthly price. Meaning, you’ll get two months free by switching to annual plan. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, GcashPayMayaGrabpay and Other E-wallets options for customers purchasing an monthly or annual subscription. 

There’s no minimum contract for KS Cloud — cancel at any time without penalty or hassle. Unlike most online accounting software, you can download all your data and continue using desktop edition for free. We can send you back up copies to completely access it offline. 

If you’re on our Free plan, no need to cancel. However, we close Free accounts that are inactive for 30 days and delete their data permanently.

For monthly subscribers of Starter, Enterprise & Premium plan, should you cancel at anytime of the within your billing cycle, no pro-rated amount will be refunded. You’ll continue to have access to your business’ KSCloud for the remainder of the days until your next billing cycle. After that, you will lose access of your data.

For annual subscribers, should you cancel at anytime of the year, no pro-rated amount will be refunded as well. Rather, you’ll continue to have access on your business’ KSCloud throughout the year of your subscription, until the your annual billing cycle ends. After that, you will lose access of your data.

Yes. Manager data is cross-compatible across all editions. We have a helpful guide which explains how to make backup in desktop edition and restore in cloud edition. 

We have four plans to choose at an affordable subscription. If you struggling which one to choose, here’s the breakdown:

Free Plan was designed only for digitization of your invoices, recording of expenses and simple reports with a limited access of other features of the software, inactive users can be deleted within a month after registration

Starter Plan is recommended for Non-VAT individuals and organizations good for micro enterprises with minimal number of transactions and transact only on a cash basis

Enterprise Plan is recommended for VAT registered individuals and organizations good for small to medium enterprises. 

Premium Plan is for a full set up and customized accounting features based on your business needs whether Non-Vat or VAT registered individuals and organizations
